Uglydog,
Steve1 and Hodie were/are right! This board is not the place for this,so this will be my last posting "in public" . There is no such thing IN REALITY as "reverse discrimination" for reasons already mentioned. Rest assured,I need neither Paxil nor any other med (and by the way,Paxil is an antidepressant, not an antipsychotic) and there is not much that I am oblivious to when it comes to justice,if I do say so myself. You,on the other hand, appear to be oblivious to Social and Political reality in the US......it's like changing the behavior of an alcoholic. You can present all the evidence you want to,but until they recognize that they have a problem, they won't seek the help that they clearly need!
For the sake of the other members of the board,I will leave it at that. Intelligent people can see for themselves. With that,I am done discussing anything logically, intelligently,or historically with a bigot that just does'nt "get it". But I am sure that you're not done with it.....you seem to need this..........
Buh bye

What gets me with some of you guys that you curse each other when you cannot agree, Threads go completely haywire and off the topic completely
Then you make a decent interesting Thread about 'Lets get to know each Other' which was great with a few Pic's of some of the Guys and Gals
Then the Politices start once again, and everything decent and sane goes out of the window again so to speak
Just one thing about the forecoming election of the new president of the USA,
You guys have picked what you consider to be the best of the ones who started this road to president
Let us all hope you have picked wisly and the one who gets the job does it the right way
.Because if he does not it will not only effect you people over in the USA, but all over the world more so for us people in Europe. So what goes on will be for everyone
My last post on this , i prefer to talk about the dogs

Lerner... I dont engage in fantasy, but reality. Thats BS & you know it.
Reverse discrimination exists, its practiced every day in this nation. White Males are discriminated against, passed over by other less qualified applicants, a by product of superimposed Quotas, Affimative action & laws aimed at 'diversity', at every level. I defined it for you, though you insist its non existant.
reverse discrimination- Definition
Reverse Discrimination -Noun
'Discrimination in hiring, college admissions, etc. directed against members of certain social or racial groups, as White males, thought of as being dominant or having benefited from past discrimination against minority groups who are now favored, often as a result of affirmative action.'

Uglydog,
Above you say you're the only one who brought facts to this thread. Not true. As I started this OT thread, a great deal of the information was obtained through history books I have. History through the words of the American Indian, as well as Blacks. There is a quote from President Thomas Jefferson as well as Black Elk. I started this thread after recently registering and asking a question, I had my character assasinated and my integrity called into question. No fun and hardly helpful. After careful consideration and a great deal of time pouring over various OT threads and in light of the personal attacks, I composed the above due to the mere fact there are so many parrallels that we see not only in America, but worlwide. The intent was to call attention to some little known facts about a proud People that actually fought in the first world war and weren't citizens, for a flag to which thay had no claim, and for people that treated them unjustly.I read each and every day of these very things happening right here today. Unjust, hateful crimes against our brothers and sisters.Does it matter their color, religious background, sexual preference, democrat or republican, annual earnings or what corner of Mother Earth they live.If we could only learn from history, to be kind and generous, such as the Indian was when the white man settled here many years ago.that's all I'm trying to say, for what it is worth.Your first post was lovely and informative. Thank you. Just Lurkin, perhaps you should research your candidate,as on one of these threads he is using the same racial slurs you went after uglydog for.The expression, The toss pot calling the kettle black?!!

What character and what integrity?
You PM'd Yellowrose wanting her to remove her avatar/logo. When you didn't get the attention you wanted you PM'd half the people here about the same thing. You threatened to post publicly if you didn't get your way which you did here:
www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/bulletins_read/217214.html and you were called on it.
Then you post this:

... Hey guys is this talk painful? I noticed several enjoying the excited 7 mo. male puppy thread, Perhaps if you're feeling any pain you can refer back to that thread for some "feel good" reading. ...
in the neuter thread here: www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/bulletins_read/220618.html#220849 as if any of them were squeamish about the issue of neutering a dog or truly compared that to "themselves".
Yes. You certainly are a person of a character and integrity that's making quite a name for yourself right from the start.

J.L.,
I can see you have no aappreciation for my sense of humor! I will not induldge you any further with regards to my intial question. Asked and answered. You seemed to have bypassed the comment about McCain!? Putting the focus on someone else or something else is usually preferable when one with little character is faced with a challenging question.
I should be so lucky to know half this database. Although not perfect,in fact far from it, I do speak the truth.

"I have a dream,,,,,,,,children will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character............. Dr Martin Luther King
But the dream was derailed with his assassination and radical personalities that use the same kind of prejudice that was and is still used against them.
In 1982 I took the postal civil service exam in Cleveland and scored a 98 but was told that I could not be hired because affirmative action demanded they hire someone who had scored lower but had a different color skin. This was after I had been drafted and served 4 yrs in the USAF during Vietnam.
My son went to the same schools, got the same education as others but they will get an automatic 12pts on their college applications for the color of their skin.
There is a lot wrong with our country and politics. But there is a lot right. We have some of the highest standards of living - but for how long.
Liberals want all children to feel good about themselves so they get a lot of emotion based programs installed. No child left behind has a lot of children moving forward without having the skills to complete the next level.
You know teachers are instructed to not use red markings when correcting papers because the color is too agressive and can cause a child to retaliate. Teachers are taught to use minimal or no self-defense when physically attacked by a student (regardless of the size of the child) so as not to elevate the attack. Students, more and more, are having less respect for educators and adults as a whole.
Native Americans are getting special considerations in running casinos, getting wealthy and then turning on members of their own tribes to find any and all reasons to exclude them from benifiting in the profits. Some members of tribes are getting filthy rich while other members still live in poverty on reservations.
Radical muslims flew two huge jumbo jets, filled with passengers, into the twin towers in NY and another into the pentagon killing near 3,000 CIVILIANS. They constantly preach the total annilation of all western infidels (Americans).
Muslims come to the U.S. to escape the radical restrictive social controls of their homelands but then insist on continuing living isolated lives here and condemning us for our sinful ways. "Honor killings" are on the rise throughout the U.S. This is were a male family member will kill their female family member for bringing dishonor to the family by something as simple as dating a non-muslim or infidel.
In an effort to be compassionate or understanding we are constantly re-identifying people and programs.
Black is no longer accepted as an identification. It is now "African-American". Some have never even been to Africa for generations. Yet to identify "German-American" automatically gets on identified with Naziism and racisim.
The greatest threat to the young African-American today is another young African-American. (Look up black on black crime in almost and crime statistics site)
MS13 is one of the most violent and uncontrolled hispanic gangs in America today. They make the Bloods and Crips look like a playground spat.
Originally created to help family in need of short term financial assistance the "Welfare" program has turned into a government hand out to thousands of people who don't have the ambition or won't try to hold a job. There is no control on birth among welfare families and they genreally have 5 or more children on the program.
We raise a ruckus about the 4,000 soldiers (in an all volunteer military) who have died over the past 5 years defending this country and keeping the jihad radical muslims from our shores. But what about the 6,000 teens EVERY YEAR who die on the U.S. highways, or t

continued......
What about the 8,000 innocent victims that die in drunk driving accidents EVERY YEAR in the U.S. What about the 15,000 gun crime related deaths EVERY YEAR in the U.S. Where are our priorities.
As for me I still live by the first statement. I judge every person by the content of their character. I stay active in my community. I work with young people and try to help them get prepared for life. Life is not always fair. But there is usually always some way to over come the obstacles that pop up in life. You will not always like everyone you meet but be accepting that people are different and accept their differences (race, religion, ethnic/national origin). It's a small planet and we have to learn to live together on it.
