I agree that this is likely a scammer, and they contact SO many dog breeders that they have no idea they've already contacted you before, thus the multiple e-mails.
If you did agree to sell to them, they would likely pay with a fake money order or cheque, often for more than the stated amount, with the extra representing commission for the person who is actually supposed to pick the pup up, or shipping charges, etc.
I'd block their e-mail.

If a person can't afford the purchase price, how are they going to afford veterinary care, good food, training classes, etc. etc.
I guess it's an unfortunate by-product of advertising pups for sale that you would get such emails, but SitasMom has a great response and think something worded similarly would be appropriate.

If the person replies "you shouldn't get rich by selling dogs" (which I've recieved several times), I give a list of what the accounting is for keeping a dog for 2 years..... it usually gives them something to think about. And then ask if they have the funds to properly care for and train the puppy that they are considering purchasing.
The the few that actually reply after that are usually apologetic and tend to be better customers.
minimum for companion amimals
Vet care
Food
Toys
Training
Crate
Bowls, leashes, collars
Hours away from work for vet appointments.
if client is interested in doing somethng with their dog..
prelim xrays
additional training
National and local club fees
Shows - entry fees and milage
Trials - entry fees and milage
ALL of my puppies are sold with limited registration, I will change it, but only if one of my puppies shows proof of hip/elbow certifications, working title and show title...........
Then I add the additional expenses to produce a litter
xrays (hips/elobws) for certifications
dna and genetic testing
litter registration fees
extra food for female when pregnant
ovulation timing
stud fee
mri
vet fees - test for female and also for puppies.
special food for puppies
and also add that a full litter is not a guarantee.
oh, and I also add that only the best puppies are worthy of being used for breeding and for every puppy that I keep, only a very few are good enough for breeding and its impossible to tell when they're 8 weeks old. So as they grow and are trained and tested (and money spent) they are weeded out........and all of this cost must be included in the cost of producing a litter.
I've skipped items on the list, but this gives you an idea....

If they are using the same email addy for every email, then just label it as junk/spam & it should filter right to your spam box. That way you're not being pestered with all the emails & eventually with no response they'll give up.
Better yet is if your email settings allow you to completely block an incoming email address. Then it'll ping back to them that your email is no longer functional.
