You are welcome, though you are going to find that if you refund all deposits no matter what, people will not mind making you hold a puppy nearly forever before they tell you they have changed their minds. I personally would feel terrible doing that, but others don't think it is a big deal. To avoid that, perhaps you should not take any deposits, but simply have people commit to a purchase to hold a puppy. JMHO
