The books all say that the bitch should be in full estrus between 9 and 12 days.
Too bad dogs can't read.
I have never had one stand before the 15th day, usually more like the 17th or 18th.
BTW: Why on earth is anyone breeding an 18 mo. old female?
If she does take and has a big litter they can probably kiss any hope of OFA cert. good-bye as her bones are not even done growing and the luxation from bearing a litter will not reverse afterwards.
