What is it with german shepherds and their balls? And by balls, I mean the ones you throw for them. Never in my life have I seen a dog like my shepherd, Maya, live, breathe, eat, sleep and die to play catch the ball. Oh, and it always has to be caught on the first bounce or she leaves it for me to throw the next one so she can catch on the first bounce. What is up with that?

they are major control freaks...if they were humans they would have been committed to mental institution...
