Two Moons

by Two Moons on 13 November 2012 - 21:11

LOL...
Evolution, to evolve, is proven.
The theory of evolution is what it says, theory, but with some evidence.
What evidence exists of Gods?
Intelligent design is not attached to a God, but left to explain what humans can't explain, least for those who cannot go to sleep at night without that comfort.
If we are the product of an intelligent designer then where does that leave us?
An Ant farm, a Petri dish?

Is it just too much to think that maybe it is simply a natural occurrence without form or plan.

We may never know......:)

Ahh explain Moons why you say ..  to evolve is a fact. Evolution is not a fact like gravity is a fact, or gravitational force of the moon fact or or or

Yes, random "micro" evolutionary changes do happen via genomic mutations within a species ..  BUT.. I have NEVER seen a lion with ducks feet and a cotton tail. And neither have you. To evolve would be to transform in a chemical, biological or stellar type way. Think Centaur. lol

Oh, so many fallacies, so little time.  BE, amazing that with all of the scientific terms you're throwing around, you have no understanding of what constitutes a theory.  Saying "It's just a theory." shows just how much you don't know.  Intelligent design is NOT  theory, it is a supposition with no supporting evidence.  When and if true evidence is presented, it will remain "just a suppostition" and will not be elevated to a theory.  Facts that can be verified in reality support a theory, keep that in mind.  And pulling out little tidbits in the Bible that are true, does not make the Bible true.  That's fallacy number one!  There are many true things in the Bible, there's no disputing that.  There are also wrongs many more contradictions than facts in the Bible, no disputing that either.  Then there's translation and last, but certainly not least, interpretation.  You really need to look up the definition of a scientific theory and understand not only what it is, but what evidence it takes to get there.

I don't have the time right now to go over everything you've posted, but I will later tonight.  Right now I have to deal with the bad thermocouple in my hot water heater, that is not heating my water, LOL.  My S-I-L is coming over to do it for me (I just love that man!) and I get to take my daughter to Costo (there's the trade-off).  I also have to return a defective blind at Home Depot, so I'll be while, but I will be back and I'm looking forward to it!

* "Intelligent design is NOT  theory, it is a supposition with no supporting evidence." *

That is not true. Intelligent design or creation is a theory. There is supporting evidence and the testaments of the Bible is one. Two, the universe exists and is real. If an "entity" cannot account for it's own being, then it's contingent, because it depends on something outside it's self to explain it's existence. That results in a theory, because the universe is an effect and cannot explain it's own existance or it's cause. The Laws of Cause and Effects dictate if the universe is an effect then there is a cause !! This is a text book theory because all changes take place according to the laws of connection or cause and effects .. the universe is contingent !!

No BE,
I'm not gonna say anymore.
It would be futile.
If you haven't seen with your own eyes something evolve you never will.

And if your going to talk ducks and lions, you have lost all credibility as far as I'm concerned.
Your sounding like shtal.

Moons.

So what are you saying Moons - growing a tomato seed to a tomato plant to reproduce it's own is to evolve ?  LMAO

Two Moons

by Two Moons on 13 November 2012 - 23:11

Nope..
didn't say that at all.
you've missed the point all together.

Tell me what you have seen "evolve" before your eyes, Moons

Two Moons

by Two Moons on 13 November 2012 - 23:11

I have watched you evolve BE.

Everything evolves, nothing to do with this biblical creation over evolution argument.
