Here is my take

Feeding raw is natural and is often better MOST of the time. Raw food has enzyme which may be useful.

Both the dog and the germ have genetic variations. It is natural for a few dogs to die from some germs every now and then.

Whelping unaided is also natural. Would you allow your dog to whelp without your attention?

Kibble can be very good. I prefer chicken other than meat from large animals.

It is not profitable to process chicken that have been dead for a long time.

Diseased animals are the natural prey eaten raw. Eating diseased animals is natural.
