Bee,
There were a couple who used "Quilty."  The warm and fuzzy feeling was hysterical.

Spade for spayed. Many variations for neuter. It drive me crazy anytime people are placing ads (usually Craigslist) and they cannot spell the breed of dog they are promoting. There are several, a common one that comes to mind is the variations for chihuahua. Seriously, if you are breeding them, look up the spelling!

Two very  common mistakes even I have to stop and look carefully are the words  Patient   and patience...

THE english language is difficult for even those of us who mastered it. I was an ENGLISH  major and made A's all four years in it...MATH I failed many times...

THAT BEING  said..even I have to write the word sometimes and look at it and even look up some of our most difficult endings.

like drop the e and add ing.   or is it:   ible  or able  or  leave the e ?

The word  ad...... add   is also another one.

USE OF  neither , or none , nor  or   non     also are used wrong also..or is it   Either?

I give up or is it  down?

And this might  need its own category.... the medical terms....

Most recently,

....limp node for lymph node

...and Sunsilver, you very nicely informed that virginal track should really be vaginal tract...

Bee, thanks for adding one of mine. Alphapup killed me with the irregardless.. I really hate when people say, "I could care less".

Hey you know me Chaz, I try to be ever so helpful, but often only end up being misunderstood.  LOL

Currently the word "temperament" is being butchered at least three different ways.  "Beleave", that was one, too.  Somehow, I got in trouble using it, though. LOL

Oh WELL , i MUST HAVE LOST  my glasses that day.

THIS  crazy box we type in drives me to distraction and I do  not re read my postings many times, so

excuse my SEPARATE,    mistake..  I hate rats...!!!!

I am lucky to get three sentences on here as it bounces all over and some days I cannot even find a right margin..I have to guess what I typed.

I am retired , remember....from typing correctly and spelling correctly....There must be rats on this part of my computer,,....as  my Firefox and my IE do not jive well here. I often just guess ...and if I try to edit my posts....it won't give me a  repost on the bottom right   so I waste time even trying

It is my DIAL UP ....us poor people have to put up with these kinds of things...BUT I use rat poisen or is it POISON ???

This was posted on our Off Topic   below us   Laura  will probably get mad at me....but
