Are you sure the dog does not have Pythosis...???? Symptoms are same and 40 dollar test will tell you:

http://www.pythiosis.com/

Usual clinical signs include chronic diarrhea, vomiting, anorexia, depression, and chronic weight loss. The stomach and duodenum are the most common sights of infection. Stomach lesions may be accompanied by abdominal pain and "coffee ground" vomitus due to ulceration and gastric bleeding. With distal small intestinal disease, chronic diarrhea is more common. With colonic involvement and ulceration there may be bloody diarrhea. Dogs usually will not show signs of systemic disease unless intestinal obstruction, infarction, or perforation are present.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I have to agree with Jenni.

I had a dog with chronic, undiagnosed Giardia.  That poor dog went through numerous, serious bacterial infections.  Nothing could ever get solved until the Giardia was killed off with Panacur (Fenbendazole).  Flagyll is not very effective on Giardia.

Hope your dog gets well again.

Finally she is on the mend all cultures, blood tests etc normal. No blood or mucus in stool for 3 days. Still somewhat loose stools starting to form, She is back to being crazy and wild. Was in the field beside her kennel and she hold and barks the 4 wheeler and jumps on it and sits on it, doesn't want to go back in kennel etc. She was damn sick for almost 3 weeks solid. I am now giving her some kind of stuff the vet game me like a dog peptobismal that coats her stomach and intestines just as a help in case she was left with some gastritis. She looks worse than she feels from her weight loss and blowing of coat. I am still feeding her boiled chicken with her food and she is eating like a starved animal again Thanks everyone for your advise

I second Panacur for giardia (double dose).  Flagyl/metro for clostridium.  I wish there was one that treated them all since fecals are almost always negative!  I've never had a positive fecal except for one foster dog that was a stray dump and so clearly had worms based on her condition and symptoms, I'm surprised they didn't just pull worms from her poop.

Very glad to hear that, Wrestleman, and glad I was able to be of help.  And I'd still consider changing vets. Your vet was causing your dog more harm than good.
