I saw this the other day and wondered why I hadn't heard more about it in the news so I hunted down the news articles I could find and the one thing that I couldn't find in any of those articles was any indication whatsoever that the SWAT team had gone to the wrong house.  If they had, this would be noteworthy but under the circumstances, I have to come to the conclusion that he did this to himself.

Even if it was the wrong home, which it wasn't, who tells their family to hide and grabs a weapon because someone is outside your house in the middle of the day? Tony Montana? So even if it was the wrong house, what would a LEO do if someone pointed a weapon at them?

This need to be investigated by the State Bureau of Investigation at least and the FBI. The dept's involved have a desire to cover this up, evidently because they retracted their statements half a dozen times so far to the press. They are investigating their own, so we know how this is going to turn out.

Maybe someone can explain why they withheld emergency medical care to the guy for over an hour ?

One article said SWAT refused EMT to enter house for over an hour. Marine had 60 bullets in his body on the kitchen floor and his wife and 4 year old beside him. Why would any public service with a shred of decency withold lifesaving attemps for over an hour (one hour and 14 minutes to be exact) ? Just wondering. WTF !!!!

Reminds me of The Gulag Archipelago

Ummm with 60 bullets in him, I doubt an EMT could have done squat for him anyway.

Ya your prolly right, but still. Why execute a search warrant for conspiracy, execute the person, then leave the house with only a wife and 4 year old child inside standing beside the executed husband and father ... for ONE HOUR and 14 minutes !!!! ?

I mean the 911 call is just crazy. I couldn't imagine.

I read a comment somewhere saying something like {I hope every member of the US Armed Services within 1000 miles comes to the funeral, then stands outside the Sheriff's office and demands a full explanation.}   ==   I agree 100%.

Most of what is available on the internet about this story is being circulated on opinion websites and the story keeps getting bigger and bigger as it moves around...sort of like the telephone game kids play in kindergarden.  Having served in the military does not earn anyone a free pass and if it does, I want mine.

It is hard to explain anything to you lately.  Don't believe everything you read.  The news and press in these stories is often very inaccurate.  The Police Dept will not release any info and will not try the case in the media.  The PD will hold all the accurate info for the trial or investigation.  I've been there and have seen first hand how the media screws things up they report.    The media is interested in a "story" first, facts are second.

Well, this isn't on the MSM yet but I'm sure it's a working progress. This needs to be investigated and aired on Freedom Watch.

This is a disgrace .. and for what ? I friggin' rolling paper or the US Constitution ?
