AKC will register a dog with my Kennel name if you put it on the application but when I check all the Dog registries on my site with them,,if there is something wrong I notify them that someone has used my kennel name and send them a letter asking to remove it..If you cannot produce a contract signed by me selling you a dog with my name on the app. then it gets removed...makes work for me...but Akc honors the legal contract showing you did or didn 't buy a dog and with out my signature on it...you cannot use my kennel name.....
