German lines never showed up on tv in the akc show

no matter what bloodlines anyone has all don't make good ppd or hard border or police dogs.i would never attempt to buy a amgsd puppy for ppd.even if you pick from a good mating at 8 wks,you could still be disappointed. i would advise you to find a breeder you can trust . let them pick your pup because they have been there for 8 weeks and watch the pups and keep record of the activity.good luck.

You come here seeking advice, yet you present a dog in your avatar that is very obvious of some knowledge.
Is that your dog or did you "steal" the picture. If it is your dog, then yes, you are here to cause strife.
If it is not your dog, then why do you present it.
What is it you wish to learn here. What is a correct GSD or to educate us what is a correct GSD.
It seems that you have already made your choice, and my recommendation to you is that you find a community that agrees with you.
As for me, I have already been there and done that.

Hi again gsd101, there are other boards on the web that have many American line breeders and Showfolk, more so than here.
If they are truly your choice, you really would learn more from them. However, I'd love to have you hang around here too and let us know how you are doing with the pup of your choosing.
If you'd like some help in finding other boards too, I can help you with that if you wish. :-)
