It is a hard decision, I have had to make that decision myself. I just always tried to take the older ones along on some trips to keep them active. As long as they were with me they didn't really care if they worked (except Ceira she is missing work alot) I still mess around with her and she is doing very well after her stem cell implantation. I am thinking about trying to get her last CDX leg. If she finishes sound I may try the UD. She is one dog who just has to have something to do.
Andi will reep the benefits of your focus just as my male is doing now in agility. He is working better than ever since he has all of my focus. The new puppy is stealing some of his time, but so far he hasn't realized LOL.
