MAINLYMAX

unfortunately the term troll gets used to loosely and your
back to attacking without realizing the nature of
some ones opinion.

The task is this... discuss dogs without being
personal....But a few indiscretions are human.
The worst thing is only seeing half the commits
because some one does not agree. They very
well may be the best part of the thread.

I agree Max.  I'm not sure how this got to be about Phil,  but I like him too, and am very glad he is on this board.  He(a long with Jeff and Daryl)  have  the gonads to say what alot of us are thinking but do not say.

I like you too Max.  Please don't go anywhere.

Steve1, I totally agree with your post also, as yours PL.  Glad you are all here.

I would like to add that a lot of people who use this site are pet people and we should never forget them in any equation.  IMO

Ibrahim and Kim, BOTH VERY good points....Now if we can all think about that for a while, maybe we can change our ways of responding, both on the knowledgeable level and the novice level.....JMO

Sock P

Thats another good point, a lot of people just want an obeidient family pet and may be looking for help in solving problems that we take for granted and seem to think everyone should know.

Max, consider me slapped for using the innapropriate term of Troll to describe someones opinion.

SP,
           Please explain...

a lot of people who use this site are pet people and we should never forget them in any equation. IMO

To be honest,... I have neglected the pet people....

What I mean is over the years and I have been here for all of them, give or take a little. I see pet people get pushed aside. They need the most amount of help but get the least amount at times.

I would like to see the "professionals" spend less time arguing amongst themselves and more time helping the newbies. Right now I think most newbies just give up getting help here.

Phil Behun

Sable, you agreed with like I don't know,,,,,,,,,,,,,,everybody.  Where's the confrontation??  It's all about being mean,,,and old,,,,and cranky,,,,and cantankerous,,,and,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,zzzzzzzzzzz

The Phil thing is probably my fault. Phil replied to Pirate's Lair's comment on sport dogs and I assumed this was PL's retort. It's on me! I'm human and I make a mistake every 20 yaers or so.

LOL, trust me, there are a few on here, that I never or very rarely agree with Phil   so I don't even bother responding to them.  I just happen to like the ones on this thread. ;)

Alot can be learned in the confrontations though, maybe the most, so, professionals, IMO keep it going.  The newbies are soaking it in and getting more than one view.

How boring if everyone agreed.  Bluck.
