People post whatever they want whether it's on or off topic. Be prepared to get yourself a second a** h**** reamed as some members are VERY TOUCHY and take even general comments AS IF they were written to specifically attack them and their masculinity (you, too, ladies.) Put on a thick skin and be prepared for anything. Some members are absolutely super. So I need to give those people credit as they have earned it. 

Watch out for a few that go to the point of slander/libel beyond the PDB. They actually create fictional news stories about incidents that either never happened or did not turn out the way they insist. P.S. If anyone calls you crazy and goes after you in an outrageous way, it is more likely THEY are the ones with serious mental issues.

I've gotten away from posting much. I do love doing pedigree research. Lots of great stuff.

BEST ADVICE: Take in what you want that is useful. IGNORE THE CRAP AND MOVE ON! DON'T GIVE IT ANY MORE AIR TIME THAN IT IS ALREADY GETTING.

p59teitel i think the guy was sgbh (stephen)and i havent seen from for probably 3 years but he was very knowledgeble.alot of the old timers arguen and bitched about eachother and each's practices but at least itwas forthe betterment of the gsd.i too miss their posts.i saw dkiah post the other day for the first time i have noticed ina while.they ganged up on d.h. for bad importing practices (i believe)but it did help some save their hard earned money.this place is still great you just have to use a fine strainer to find it.
