Wicca is easily researched, eh. LMFAO. On the internet, where of course everything is 110% accurate? It is not the same as paganism but is classified as a neo pagan religion, and you are way off on its practices.

Well met , friends. I do not follow your faith but I studied it in depth for some years and have the utmost repsect for it, and all faiths based in peace and respect for life and its cycle. I am still looking for my way, as it were. I will say, however, taking offense at the word witch is just silly. Any minority, racial or religious, should have thicker skin, or you live much of your life being bent out of shape, which is no fun and never productive.

That said, all these garbage threads are doing nothing but making everyone who posts in them look like fools. This will be my last post on these types of threads, I stuck my nose in since we alternative faith people stick together. ;) You leave scraps for vermin, and they will always keep coming back. Starve them out so we can enjoy discussing dogs.

Oh, and as for those "females who complain"...I know many more whiny men then I do whiny women.

i'm confused how did i draw first blood? i just asking what you had against witches.  personally some of my favorite people have witch like qualities so i wanted to find out just what you meant.  then you explained yourself and i saw you were using strictly the pejorative form of "witch" which is not the way i view witches (language can be a bitch sometimes;)  when i realized you were referring to specific people i said i was sorry for your troubles. 

my last post was hardly aggressive or mean spirited i was just making light of idiots - the winking & smiling  faces were meant to convey a friendly jest - sorry you felt my post were "drawing blood" not at all my intent. i was really just joking around - i was going for a laugh - i guess i really suck at being funny

so again sorry you are embroiled in the some sort of nastiness  i generally don't read the "crazymaking" thread so i miss a lot of the crap that is flying around.  btw i take no offense - i have rather thick skin, so no worries here

justcurious  I am regretfull that I assumed your intent was harmfull.I attempt to visit this site and have some decent conversation on dogs. But when other unwelcome influences rear their ugly head I become very annoyed and try to show thenm the error of their ways. Once someone is wounded here it is the same as being bleeding in shark infested waters. When I start shooting sharks all the rest of the maneaters come out for the feeding frenzy. My attempt to defend a friend has only succeded in opening draculas tomb. Well I have plenty of tools to drive steaks in the hearts of the heartless. My apologies

And for your information mi  gsd I am slightly disabled with a work related injury in my ring finger that does not allow for the proper use of it from time to time . It does cause my finger to hit the wrong key form time to time. So since you have shown such an interest in my disability I say take care of yur own digits lest you loose some or all.

thank you very much justcurious may I use jc for short since some are even disappointed with my dibilitating finger ailment which at times affects my typing ability! Yes it is shamefull that some here have nothing better to do but wait on corpses floating down the river to amuse themselfs. thanks again for your compassion and understanding I will not forget it!

Commendable that you want to defend a friend, but shameful that you do it at the expense of others.  To set you straight, Wicca is a Pagan path, it would be safe to say that all Wiccans are Pagans but not all Pagans are Wiccan.  No more than all Christians are Lutheran, yet all Lutherans profess to be Christian.

As to your assumption that Pagans have a set form of worship, again, wrong.  Gardinarian circles have rules and levels, individual Circles have accepted practice based on the wants and needs of the members.  Any Pagan is free to worship in the manner that seems best to them.  Some Witches are completely solitary and some function within groups.  None are less Pagan than the others.

That said, your anology is wrong, own it and move on.  You will attract more support for your friend by not alienating everyone here.
