Shelley Strohl

The kennel is heated with an ultra-efficient, safe Monitor heater. No ice as long as I have a gallon of crystal-clear kerosene a day in the tank. I'm thinking 2-stage epoxy & a squeegee-on-a-stick sounds like the way to go. Some epoxy formulas are supposed to be no-skid, made for industries where floors are often wet but sanitation is paramount. Adding sand might make it hard to clean. I don't wear slick-bottom shoes in the kennels anyway. There is some slope to the floor, but not enough to skip the squeegee. Poop goes in double plastic bags in the dumpster.

I just hope the SOB finishes it soon and behaves himself long enough for me to get some use out of it.
