4pack

No I would never pay that kind of money for a dog that wouldn't be the same dog, in body or spirit. If they can't even get the clones to look the same, they are a far cry from acting, loving, and being the same. I also don't believe in fucking with Mother Nature. She'll come back and kick you in the ass.

I personally would for sentimental reasons but a clone will not carry the same caracter.

If for show, i will use a top dog that had died not more than 5 years ago as you see the winning dogs keep chaning every year.

4Pack,

I agree completely.   You can't clone the spirit, even if an animal was a perfect duplicate it still would not be the same.

And yeah nature will fight back, and with a power we can't comprehend.

I won't comment on human deformities as human's do not follow the law's of nature.

It would get ugly if I did.

Brent.

The physical part is intresting at least the science, that being said a mans or dogs spirit are created by the trials and tribulations of his life it is called characture and can,t be dupicated by any means. I,d prefer my dogs created the old fashion way.

Now if they can recreate a species driven to extinction by the course of man this would be a different subject. And i,m not talking jurassic park here.

Wooly Mammoth would be interesting, and the DNA  is out there.

I'd love a herd myself.  I'd open up a fast food place, WOOLYBURGER'S !!

Or "The Island" (2005) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Island_(2005_film)

We will more than likely do the Wooly Mammoth, and within the decade is my guess.  I'm signing up for the Dire Wolf, and will begin my reintroduction program to eliminate the Canadian wolves from Montana.

LOL....

The remain's of the Dire wolf were found in my neck of the wood's, Indiana.

We would need Bison brought back first, and maybe some Elk, or we might once again take our place in the food chain.

No, I would not clon a dog. I am curious in all my life to learn new things, and I love the different individualitys of my dogs much. With this technology a development would be impossible. It is nevertheless straight much stretching to have different characters. With a only one cloned dog my life long (ect of the clone clone. ) I would learn nothing.

Oh Daryl, don't lie, we all know what you are up to.  It's one for a little Mali or Dutchie  to show up in the wood pile,  but you go too far with this wolf thing and I warn you, no doubt there will be dire consequences.....get it?  DIRE consequences? AHAHA.  Oh boy, I think I'm up too late......waaaaaay too late!
