I have had a call similiar to this and it took nail polish REMOVER with ACETONE in it to get it off, but it is harsh on the skin and can cause blisters...... you may need to go to the ED or just pull it off and scream loudly (not recommended)..... u need to be careful of the skin getting infected as the nipple/breast (even in men) has ducts throughout and you can get a severe infection.

JustLurkin, How did you know that is it? The ear on the opposite side of the baby, is what is stuck directly to my O' so painful nipple. The good news is, the trunk seems to be as secure as the ear to my tit.
I have to do something drastic soon. I hate to put my business out in the open, but this morning my wife tells me, She needs me to act like an adult today. She say's take care of all the animals and watch our 9yr old daughter. She said, for once don't tear up the house and make messes.
My wife had to go with our oldest daughter to West Texas A&M, for a big Orientation.
I didn't cook dinner. Our 9yr old has been nuking Pizza Rolls. I have been holding my mouth open, while my daughter aims and shoots. The dogs get what hits tthe floor. The house is in shambles. The dogs are shedding and running all over the house and I'm typing with a figurine hanging from my nip. In the words of my old Pal, Morris Day, of "The Time",,,Somebody Help Me!

Lucky guess. It's busted. It ain't worth squat now and wasn't all that valuable before. Bust the damn thing and work on taking the pieces off your nip.
Sorry. No suggestions for dealing with the DW. You can get her a new one for less than a grand. Wasn't all that valuable to begin with and I don't care what she told you.
Or, you can head off to the E.R. to have that there nipple-ectomy I first suggested. The piece is still useless. Kinda like your nip. No value. Tits on a boar hog, if you will.

Abhay I'd just let nature take its course - after a few weeks of showers and some good sudsing, it will probably fall off on its own..... just don't wear any close fitting shirts in the meantime.....
