Sounds a lot of money to me for a bitch that is more the age I would be looking at retiring her rather than planning more breeding.  I'm glad you are intending to be her forever home and not getting her to breed a litter or two and then moving her on again, I hate seeing aging dogs being passed from pillar to post.

Thanks everyone that wrote in and helping me out. Well I thought about  all that was said and talked it over with the husband and friends. This would be totaly new for me and don't want to take it lightly. I have been up most of the night and early morning.

I am going to pass on her as I think she would do better in a spayed home and let her retire. I think that is what the dog needs. If the owner does that or not is up to her.
