I did have Amelia over a year ago that I kept for several months for the original breeder and then she went back to the breeder. Rockin got Amelia a couple of months ago is my understanding from that breeder.
Birgit - I do not have your money as ALL money was sent to the owner. I DID e-mail you and YOUR response was YOU WOULDN'T deal with ME! Whatever your issues are about the dog or whatever is not with me as YOU stated in YOUR e-mail. I advertised the dog for the owner collected and then forwarded the deposit to them and the rest was between the 2 of you. Look at your contract....MY name is not on it. You stop the BULLSHIT!
When the owner asked you the reason for your default on the purchase of the dog THE day final payment was due you gave a different answer every time. There is nothing wrong with the dog and you might want to check your source of information. You were given several chances to back out of the deal and YOU said you wanted to complete the sale and then offered to send an additional partial payment to the owner as added security for the purchase. The owner was more than helpful and offered to keep the dog and finish the RN title for you and take her for her final OFA hip certification at her expense. She tried to work with you and the day final payment was due she was out of town and unable to answer e-mails or her phone and within 4 hours of you e-mailing her and me you filed a claim with PayPal. You gave NO ONE a chance to get back with you or anything. The owner is seeking legal counsel and my attorney has been notified and you were given his information. IF YOU HONESTLY THINK THERE IS AN ISSUE CONTACT HIM!!

Firelight,
you are so full of shit it's not even funny. I have all the emails to proof that you sold the dog and then told me it was not your dog. That was not the issue.
You told me that you took her for certification and the other owner told me she did. Then I was told that the dog has a weight issue and hot spots. After I studied your emails and her emails there was too many conflicts and I decided to back out.
I was going to take legal action but my husband told me to tell you guys to have a drink on us. What's $1,000, right?
Who is your attorney? You never emailed back after I said I want to back out.
I also told you that my father in law is the DA over here and I printed every email from you and the other woman including the contract out and he said that I have every right to back out and that I will get my money refunded ($1,000) The $500 was non-refundable and I thought you would be happy to get $500 for nothing. I know you guys told me though that you are bying dogs and you've probably used all the money up already. $500 for you and $1,000 for the other.
GET A JOB!
So again before you come up with your BS storied talk to the other person and ask them what they have emailed me so that you guys can be on the same page.
Thanks for the comments though. Hope you guys enjoy our money. LOL
Nice website by the way.

bgstout-
You might want to look again...Faust is ZVV1 which while it is not a SchH title it is the equivalant to. All 3 of my dogs are hip certified and Tia & Faust are DNA'd and had their thyroid's tested. I did not just buy 2 dogs and then breed them and my puppies are worth a hell of a lot more the $600!
We are located in the heart of central Kentucky.
We own only a few select working-line German Shepherds and as we only
breed occasionally we do not mass produce puppies but breed selectively
for the continued quality of the true German Shepherd Dog for family, work
or sport.
The decision to breed is a serious undertaking, one with far reaching ramifications.
It is more than putting two dogs together to have babies or make a dollar. It is
more than putting together two good pedigrees. It's about knowing your dogs,
their temperament and drives. It is having a goal, a mental picture of what YOUR
perfect dog is and then striving to obtain that goal. We have that mental picture
and strive for that goal and in doing so we hope to make other families as happy
with and as proud of our dogs and our breedings as we are. The families that we
sell puppies to are making a lifetime commitment to that puppy. We share that
commitment not only by guaranteeing our puppies, but by being there throughout
the life of the dog should the owners need assistance in any way. All of our
Firelight bred puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club and will
be registered with our "Litter Letter" name along with our kennel name of "von
Firelight" and will be registered with a limited registration, which will prohibit
breeding and the registering of offspring. Limited registration will be lifted after
the dog is 2yrs old and upon proof of a AKC title or Schutzhund title (AKC CGC
certificate is NOT a title) and hips/elbows are certified clear of dysplasia.
Tia von Enckhausen is our primary foundation female out of 2 time World
Champion Police dog, Stormfront's Brawnson. We are very proud to have
Tia as part of our family. Check out Tia's page for more information on this
amazing female. Please check out our first litter bred out of Tia, "A" Litter.
Kiyah vom Enckhausen is our newest addition and an older half sister to
Tia out of Stormfront's Brawnson. Kiyah is such a sweetheart but has the
fiercest bark I have ever heard. Kiyah has more of the true DDR type body
and is a black sable. Check out Kiyah's page for more information on her
and our Future Litters page for her upcoming litter.

very famous Czech dogs such as Car Policia & Titus z Pohranicní stráe.
Car Policia, has the highest police dog certification possible and Titus z
Pohranicni straze, is considered to be the greatest Czech Border

Faust Cierna Vdova is our primary foundation import male out of some
very famous Czech dogs such as Car Policia & Titus z Pohranicní stráe.
Car Policia, has the highest police dog certification possible and Titus z
Pohranicni straze, is considered to be the greatest Czech Border Patrol dogs
of all time. Faust is available as stud to a few select approved titled females.
Check out Faust's page for more information on this amazing male.
Firelight owned canines are not only working competition dogs but family
companions. They are with us as much as possible and travel where ever
we go. They are our best friends and protectors, I never fear with Tia or
Faust near by. Tia & Faust are ever watchful over my family and are ready
to spring into action at less then a moments notice. Both Tia & Faust
are very serious in their protection as Tia has super grips like an alligator
(Just ask the helpers, LOL...) and Faust is a very civil male. Faust is a true
"man of the house" and has the full attitude, bark and bite to go with it...so
WATCH OUT!
Firelight Kennel does training for AKC events. We train our dogs in AKC
tracking and obedience. We look forward to start training in AKC agility and
possibly some herding next year. We also do the occasional basic
foundation training for scent-detection canines. We also train in the German
sport of Schutzhund: tracking, obedience & protection.
Click here for information about what we feed our dogs and recommend to
keep your dog or new puppy in great health.
Firelight will now offer to select individuals or families to participate in our
Puppy Foster Program which also includes a Puppy Training Program.

Firelight,
Why do you feel the need to advertise your Website on this forum? It is actually counter intuitive as people will now be drawn to this link (via a serach for your kennel name on Google) and all the negative things people have to say about your kennel. As far as what you and Bhall have going on, before you go posting legal definitions from god knows where you got them, a bit of free legal advice for both of you... the defense to any defamation claim is the truth.
For what its "worth"... puppies out of working lines but untitled SCH parents are worth no more that the piece of paper AKC will issue their registration on. $1,500 per puppy from untitled, unproven parents sounds lik a wanna be breeder disguised as a Back Yard Breeder. Proof is in your well designed website and frugal attempt to advertise on this website's forum. Go out and train and put some real titles on your dogs, it is more rewarding than fueding on forums.

I still don't have your or Wanda's lawyers name. LOL
Are you taking me to court here in NC or in KY?
Also, what are you trying to charge me with? You little devil
Brandy, get real. I told you keep the money and enjoy it. Buy something nice or go out for a nice supper.
Maybe Wanda can take you out with the $1,000 she has since you only had $500. It would only be fair for her to take you out since she got more money out of the deal. That will get you guys a big steak with all the fixin's.
Remember, you will always get back what you give out. God is in control, not you. He will get you and you will have to answer to everything you do.
