No, the Barrett rifle is exactly what I have in mind. As I said-I do not want to spend so much money. I remember many years ago when I first lived in Tennessee that the Barrett 50-calibre was being hand-built in an abandoned schoolhouse that I used to pass every day on my way to work in another machine shop. The test firing for many of the early rifles was done at my father's farm and that was in the early 1980's and into the early 1990's. What was once the dream of a small-town photographer working in an abandoned schoolhouse became a very successful business.

I really have no interest in the 50-calibre Desert Eagle, and I have no interest in the 44 Magnum Desert Eagle. Firepower-yes-if it can all be done in one (1) or two (2) shots. That is so much mass to quickly draw and fire. I'll take the 1911-frame 45 ACP any day as it it usually my sidearm of choice. Rugged, reliable, and correctly loaded, it has more than enough firepower for self defense. But, gather together and prepare-the storm is coming.

Storm is indeed coming. Ammo is selling like crazy from the people I talk to. .I just left Bass Pro and they were out of 7.62 ammo, which is what I needed, but will just buy more surplus.   I suggest that its Best to organize with 4-5 friends. Quiet types.  And begin to prepare.

It dawned on me tonight, a man at the gas station today was filling 10 large 6 gallon gas cans and he had a   "Gas Caddy"  which I had never ever seen...He had all this on his trailer...He  made a statement as he helped me lift my 6 gallon can into my truck...He said,,,Neither of the two candidates , that the media are promoting will live one month after they go in office , if people are stupid enough to buy into their facisist program...
