Ehrenwald

LOL, He said to me once upon a time that he has sold dogs to TB Bucs. I have several friends on that side that said never heard of him.

Thanks for the referel Angela! Likewise, we do some work with the county FDLE trainer so if I have workingline buyers, I can send them your way as well!

We should get together sometime. I love your stud and his protection work video. I have a hard female(showline) but would not mind breeding her to a working line.

E-mail me at ehrenwald@bellsouth.net sometime, would love to talk to you.

Regards,

Greg

Does anyone here remember Kimbertall "Super" Dobes?  I think Brittney is the daughter.

They should have been hog farmers.

I've seen her ad in dog world.  Why one earth would one want dogs that are that big and probably can't move at 7 years of age!

BTW, I don't think that plural of Doberman has two "n's" either.

Did you see how fat those poor Rottweilers are?

Give me an 85 pound hyper German Shepherd anyday.  LOL

These days this message board seems to be frequented by more and more people who become indignant at the suggestion that there's anything wrong with breeding unproven stock.  Everybody is apparently more knowledgeable than performance and conformation judges, so it's not necessary to have your dogs evaluated by anyone else.   I even saw a thread today where a couple people called those who think breeding dogs without even hip clearances "rude".  So really, why care about giant GSDs or Coats, Pandas, dilutes, cripples, fear biters or anything else?  Nobody else does.

I see Pendragon bills themselves as Breeders of World Class German Shepherds too,  exactly what our resident troll calls himself.    It must be code  for breeding shitters.  What kind of arrogant asshole who has never shown or titled their dogs does that?

The kind of con-man that's good at talking a good game and separating people, who don't know better or haven't done their research, from their money then laughs all the way to the bank.

They have no interest in the dogs or the breed.  It's all about the big $$$$$ bucks and how much of it they can get in their pockets.

Sueincc; a quote to sum all that up:

" You can't fix stupid. "

One of ladies at my dog club had to put up with someone of the "larger is better" attitude this past weekend.  She'd stopped by the Pet store on the way to practice and took her 2yo german showline in standard girl with her.  While in the checkout line the clerk asked her if the dog was a GSD.  She answered yes, she's an import from Europe. Then the clerk asked Is she normal?  My friend said what do you mean.  Clerk "I mean what's wrong with her she's so small"  She answered she's not small she's in standard for a GSD, she's 23 " and almost 60 lbs.  Clerk  "Well there must be something wrong with her because my son has a female GSD and she's 98 lbs"  My friend said well even my males aren't quite that heavy.  The standard calls for the GSD to be a medium sized dog.  Clerk "Oh no, your dog isn't normal, My son's dog is much bigger and that's the right size because she came from a BREEDER!"

Breeding a select litter from unproven stock is a whole different story, than your entire program of dogs untried and unproven on the field or show ring. Assuming this guy really does charge these prices, he can't cry that trialing or shows are something he can't afford. If other breeders around him are titling dogs, the old stand by that "no clubs are available for miles around" is also awash.

People like this make it 10x's harder for the legit breeder to make it work.

bsceltic~ I guess you better get your next dog from a "breeder" to ensure your getting the "correct "dog.
