The white foot seems a bit much but chances are you are dealing with what is called Irish white spotting and they go away by the time the pups are 6-8 weeks old. If someone has one of Willis's boosk perhaps they would be kind enough to quote the correct information about this from his book.
Spots on the chest can be from the Irish spotting or they can be from a separate inheritance - one that stays as the dog matures. Very common in American lines. Some are very large. I've also see "white socks" - white feet that stayed that way in the American lines(wh/are simply German removed a few more generations). These also stayed so obviously dealing with a marking gene not the Irish spotting if it sticks around.
Like I said esp given your pedigree probably the Irish spotting and nothing to worry about.
