THIS ENDS UP OUR EXPERIENCE, BUT STILL LEAVING LOTS OF QUESTIONS SUCH AS :-
1) How many others had been cheated by one in this way??
2) Can this be solved by law? How, specially located in different countries??
3) How can one be sued or even arrested by the police, by only using the false name??? even having the I.P. or chance to face to face personally??
4) The most terrible thing is that if one was the same whom "CAREBEAR" met, the name might have been changed to such as "1 DAY" "2 SUNS" "3 STARS" or "4 MOONS" etc.....already....!!!
Can any one provide more aggressive comments to stop??? or else, apart from the nos. of victims, some others could become the innocent parties like the owners of the dogs & specially the owner of this SITE, since I was told that victims had the right to come up with the source if the cheater was not found, or at least the reputation could be hurt in such a case!!!
I am sure lots of people knowing this "FLYPERPER", who had been appearing in this site, offering different highly rated dogs for sale, also by different names, who could become the "CRAWLPERPER" if lovers are co-operting together!!! Right???

It is nothing wrong of being a broker, providing service for other GSD lovers who are interested in dogs they like, from which a reasonble profit can be gained & is acceptable. This is really a kind of normal business but only with not much protection to the buyer as others.
Like the case of from "FLYPERPER", this is a severe crime of "SWINDLE" whereever in the world!!

Based on what you had seen from my information, what would you think that this is the case of either "LIBEL/SLANDER" or "SWINDLE"???

It is QUITE OBVIOUS that you tampered with the email.
In the first email response you posted, it says the message is from:
From: sccot black
Yup, thats S C C O T (supposed to be Scott?) 2 c's.
OK, now, the very next email, the name is :
From: Scoot black
1 C and 2 O's!
The alleged scammer signed his name as "Scoot". 2 o's. Funny how the consistency changes throughout your email postings. Now, personally, I have heard alot of weird names. Never before have I heard of Scoot or Sccot. I think Scott (2 t's dummy!) is the name you were TRYING to spell. Please, learn how to spell before you try to scam people yourself OKIA!
This was a pitiful attempt at forging an email.
Whatever the story is, it is apparent that you forged emails to suit your case.
Stupid is as stupid does!
And stupid OKIA is the real scam artist here!

Also, I am speculating that the username "Carens" is also OKIA.
ON a different thread, Carens asked OKIA a question. The font is exactly the same, as is grammatical error in other posts by Carens.
Click on OKIA's name then look at the post about a female being bred. Scroll down to Carens comment.

- Do you mean I forgeded the "From : SCOOT BLACK" & "SCCOT" on every same e-mail?? Why should I do this?? What kind of adventage I can get from doing this??
- Both of us including my friend are the idiot of computor because we don't know if the name of sender was preset before by the sender or done by receiver of us as all these were handled by the lady staff here in China. In fact anyone here can tell how this works out!!??
However, all e-mails from him were copied by myself today, with the same format like the following :-

- We have no idea whether this guy is named "SCOOT" or "SCCOT", which is the same & meaningless to us or everyone as long as all these are false!!
- Why are you so nervous about these?? Are you telling us you are him or the partner!? or doing the same to other people??
- Besides, I am 100% sure some others here had received the same offers from him who can prove!!!
- Do you know who Mr. Marco Ossemann is?? The owner of both Siegerins SG1 in the classe of JHKLH & JKLH SV 06, under one of the most famous kennel in the world of "VOM FICHTENSCHLAG"!! Do you think I dared to mention him & post his E-mails to public if this is not true!!!???
