Save Congo. He did what he was supposed to do. I am outraged that this dog is being put to sleep.
Why don't we deport the gardeners instead. Are they even legal????
The are just free loading off of us even more.
I would hope that if the same situation presented itself with me, that my dogs would do the same.
What is this country coming too?

GSDluvr, thanks for your information. I'm posting it again here, hope you don't mind. And here's the latest article - Congo has received a stay of execution, but we still need to get the message that this judge had a chance and now his name is MUD. I hope the people of NJ will remember this come election time. As for the vaccinations and license crap, it's a sham, but I'll post about that later.

Alright, didn't anybody else notice that this guy is an ILLEGAL ALIEN? And now he's living in UPSCALE HAMILTON TOWNSHIP??? What the Hell? Why wasn't he deported? Quarter of a mill and a new house in an upscale neighborhood? DEPORT HIM! LET THE DOG LIVE!
by Brandoggy on 15 November 2007 - 06:11
At this point who cares if the dog wasn't licensed??? Neither was the landscaper!!! So call that part even. The landscaper hit the puppies and Congo with a rake, didn't get "attacked" until the ahole illegal grabbed congo's owner and pulled her to the ground. Instead of the illegal alien getting $250,000 he should have gotten a ticket home to mexico and Congo should have gotten a big juicey bone!!
Congo not being licensed doesn't make any part of this right.
My big ol lap dog mix would wouldn't hurt a flea would come unglued if someone grabbed me....thats what they do. If they didn't then the people on here would be saying the dog was worthless.
Only in America can an illegal alien make money on something like this. Anywhere else they'd say "Well dumbshit, you were told to wait".

This was another incident waiting to happen. It is no different than the dog in Denver, Rollo, whom everyone rallied around and some fool managed to convince a judge that he, the trainer, could guarantee the dog would never bite again. Ridiculous. And it is EXACTLY such situations that cause more trouble for the breed. I always tell my clients and those looking to purchase a GSD that the breed has 2.5 strikes against it already. Sell or adopt to someone irresponsible, or just a plain idiot, and you can be certain that it will spell trouble.
The judge will have also learned a hard lesson from this and you can bet he and those like him will think twice before sparing any dog in the future.
