I thought Rueger's ears were too big, but I've changed my mind.  Pics are at 16.5 weeks and 20 weeks.

Funny how things change so fast with these pups.  He does look funny at four months, then great at 20 weeks.

I think adults rarely look as if their ears are huge, but pups often do.

Yellow rose of Texas I hear what you are saying about puppies  but the female I posted is 6 years old and done growing.

Yes I think her ears are too big I guess I posted a good shot cause the others  well hang on let me get one

ok there you go (yes they lean in as a puppy the owners taped her ears -wrong) but think they would look even bigger if they were straight!!!

Personally I think too many Euro dogs' ears are too small.  When they are totally erect at 10 wks - too small.  They shouldn't be small and thick and compact like Huskies and Malamutes.

Of course, I also think too many Euro dogs are "too big", period.  And their heads way too big.

I only know "Nestor" thanks to the "Family Channel" reruns!  I don't remember it playing way back.  We were on the verge of non-religion sweeping the country and I'll bet they put it out just when it was decided all Xmas stuff must be secular.  Same time "Little Drummer Boy" dropped off the face of the Earth, yet I watched it all the time as a child.

Here is Darko.  He has little ears!  He kind of looks Malinois-ish sometimes!  But I just love his little ears!!!
