AS long as we're on the subject of Nick. I'll be going through my files again tonight. Somewhere in the disaster area loosly referred to as my office I have some old pix of Nick and Franz I took at about 18 mos, right after Franz got him. If I find them I'll post them here. I know Koos wants them too, now that Nick is gone, but I just haven't gotten around to searching for them till now. He was all legs at that age!  (Nick, not Franz... ;)

Shelley go start now! Should be interesting to see. You might find some gold in all that clutter.

I'm hoping to find the $2,000 cash I hid somewhere as I dashed out of the house a couple of weeks ago to the show in CT, knowing the house wouldn't be locked up in my absense.

ADD at its finest... No find cash = no go to St. Louis.

When I get rich in dogs or win the lottery I WILL hire a personal assistant... and an accountant!

This is the first time I have actually seen the carpet in my office since I moved in 16 mos. ago. The 100's of hanging files in my drawers haven't been sorted in over 20 years, moved 4-5 times, fell off the tracks, dumped contents helter skelter in the cabinets. This is proving to be even more of an adventure than is cleaning out my van every six months or so, but without the added gross-out factor of long-forgotten food items and moldy beverage vessels. When I get done with the file cabinets, I'll start on the falling-apart cardboard boxes and topless tubbies I fall over in every other room in the house.

I did NOT get the housekeeping gene!

OMG!!!  Someone needs to linebred you 2,2-3,4,5 on Mr. Clean. LOL

Anyway back to the post topic before we get carried away...

Vikram-

I really do appreciate your comments and I am very happy that your puppy is turning out well. I think the breeding on Branko is excellent and you get a lot with the 3-2 Breeding as well. So far, you are the only one that has posted that has first-hand knowledge of seing dogs with this line breeding like Wolff. Thank you for your comments as I knew you had visited Koos and know his program well, I have studied it like the bar exam for the past 6 months.  What bitches are your favorite?

I think it is interesting that a lot of people will assume that a breeding is junk just by looking at the line breeding. A lot of people comment when they have never even seen a tiekerhook line dog in a trial or at a club but have to comment anyway. I saw my first Tiekerhook dog that was imported for K9/Police work 10 years ago and I have been impressed ever since. I do not get to see them often though, as there are not a bunch of them running around.  I think that sometimes, his breedings produce so much drive that you better be a good handler to do Schutzhund with the dog and have some control.

I am surprised only one person has physically seen progeny of the 2-2 Nick breeding since it has been done for a couple of years. That tells me that they are probably staying in Europe and not coming here to the US in any great numbers. I think you get what you pay for from this kennel, as you are paying for the experience and bloodlines that only come from many, many years of good breeding.

Several people have seen the 2-2 combination. Many just don't post on here. I felt reluctant to respond since I have talked to Koos in depth about his breedings and had Koos and Max Tiekerhook here last year for a week. Regards

My office is now immaculate. Too bad I didn't find what I was searching for. At least it'll be easier to pack now, having filled 55 gallon trash can over the last couple of days. Live and learn.

I hear it rains in Texas, no?

Since Max is the main stud and one of the best studs, this remains a constant. How about some thoughts on the best bitches that have been used lately from Tiekerhook? I place high regard on the females and for good reason.

Noery, Quick, Catch, Gina seem to be the main females for breeding now.

NOERY IS OFF THE HOOK in the videos!

This is good stuff and very informative, it is cool that a lot of people have come forward to share their experience about dogs they have had in the past from these lines. As expected, all you hear are good things from the owners of these dogs and how happy they are with their "Once in a lifetime dog."
