Someone that got a pup from me named him Thor, what a name!

I'm still deciding on a name for my pup.........

I was rightfully advised from some very wise people on this board to keep a female pup from my litter to preserve the lines, as a "newbie" to pedigrees, although I did study them for a year before I bought Thor & Chloe, I guess you could say I "got lucky" and they are loaded with BSP competitors.  I am very happy with the overall package, temperment, drive, intelligence, focus, health & vitality.

Thanks Blitzen - you guys really helped me get to the club meet in the first place - before PDB I didn't have the courage!

It's the first steps that are the hardest, Clews. I was afraid to show my AKC dogs too, but all it takes is doing it a few times and it gets easier. And the more people you meet the better; good mentors are your best friends. Enjoy the trip, it can be a long strange one for sure, but it's never boring .

I agree about the getting easier part - the club meets 2x's week, so I am looking forward to Wednesday evening already!  Just gotta keep me off the Dog Sport Gear website before my hubby has my butt!

Question you had said "call back" with your photo.  Did he actually have you call the dog back or were you just pulling him back?

Rez - Hi!  I was hoping you would see this !  Pull back - he was doing exercises to get Thor to react to him.  I got so much to learn with this lingo - but such fun!  I was scared Thor was gonna pull me all over the place but he made me sooo proud - Jim & I both got teary eyed on the way home.

Been having trouble with hotmail last 2 days, site keeps going down - but thanks to Oli - the PDB is always up!
