Cricket, I think there is a little gitch on this system.  If the post was very long, it won't show.  Many people have had that happen, so they will post 2 shorter posts.

It would be interesting to hear the other side of the story about how Bravo came to be in litigation with regard to stealing Oma's recipes and processing techniques.

It would be interesting to hear the other side of the story about how Bravo came to be in litigation with regard to stealing Oma's recipes and processing techniques.

## the litigation has to do with the claim that there was a voilation of the connecticut unfair trade practices act.  It is alleged that my friend who helped start that company and showed them what to do, even though they now say that isnt so, while she was employed as a sales person left to start another company.  She did not have a contract of non compete and the alleged time that she over lapped was a total of 2 weeks.  So while the company suing her may make all kinds of claims against her and say all sorts of terrible things about her she is unable to speak until the lawsuit is settled.

Chicken necks in a 2lb tube is still chicken necks in a 2 lb tube.  And you have to admit there are a fair amount of companies that are now doing the same thing.  Are they being sued?

BTW, the reason that I know so much about this is I co-own a dog with her and Cricket happens to be the first dog that Omas ever saw eat a turkey neck. Despite what they tell you now.

If the lawsuit isn't about product quality or safety I don't see how it's relevant.  You know one person who thinks some of the veg was not good.  You perpetuate an unsubstantiated rumor about the plant moving to Canada.  What's really going on here?

sueinc, my original post about the move to Canada:

<Bravo recently moved processing to Canada I believe.>

My source for info was a Bravo distributor.  If he was wrong, so be it.  I'm not trying to perpetuate a rumor.  In fact my statement lends itself to show that I do not know for certain.

I stand corrected, and apologize for making an assumption that was unfair.
