If you were not impressed with his video, use it to level out your table!

When I chose the name for my puppy, my breeder let me pick his front name as long as it started with a "G" since it was his "G" litter... The rest is his kennel name.
I named him Galan, so he is Galan von der Daelenberghutte :-)

I make up a list of names for my buyers to select names from. The kennel is mandatory according to my sales agreement, no changes allowed.
It is a major insult, just no-class bad menners, to add/change the name a breeder gave a dog.
Credit where credit is due. The NEXT genreation is yours.

Bump.
I'd like to know, urmangsd(Courtney): When did you produce Adam's litter exactly as stated earlier in this post (your statement above from 6/17/07 clearly says: example “Adam Leisdear” (this particular method is how I choose to be naming pups I bred). underline is mine)?
I would like to see documentation evidence of your claim that you are the official breeder of 'Adam Leisdear'. Can we see it, please? Please include name of sire, dam, date of birth of your litter that you bred and produced this Adam, # of pups in the litter/genders, and their AKC litter #. That info would remove all doubts from anyone. We all know the official breeder of a litter is always the bitch owner (common knowledge-you claim to have worked in kennels for years, so you would be all too familiar with this), so I, as well as others, would like to know more on this claim you have made on this public messageboard.

I don't see it!
Taken in context, IMO it simply read that urmansgsd gives Adam as an example of the nameing convention she adopted. I don't see she is claiming to have "produced Adam's litter".
Just for the record, I don't know Courtney, or Adam for that matter, from Adam.

In some countries, possessives are not commonly used, instead a dog may just have it’s call-name as the first name and it’s kennel name as it’s last name. example “Adam Leisdear” (this particular method is how I choose to be naming pups I bred).
I believe she was referring to method of naming is how she names her puppies not that He(Adam) was hers. I think that is a misunderstanding.

It's all about perspective and the big picture, jda and EK.
Requesting supporting info to a statement is harmless; if it exists, one wouldn't be ashamed to provide it, right?
If I was asked for such, I wouldn't hesitate to give it.
