John Allen Muhammad  served in the Army in Iraq; should he have been spared the death penalty or does this free pass only extend to Marines?

* "Maybe he should have stayed in the Marines and out of trouble with the law and drugs." *

He has no criminal record with drugs, no violent criminal history, Marines dead body had no trace of drugs. Your "drug" and "drug dealer" hallucinations are suddenly becoming pointless. The "home invader" and "double homicide suspect" is also moot since before the autopsy. Ya'll are grasping.

A decorated Marine was executed in his kitchen during a SWAT raid via "conspiracy warrant". What was his alleged crime now ?

And you know that for a fact, because you have read it on the Internet on PDB?   That is fantastic! So according to you "charges" are disgrace? Where ?
Failure to appear may have many legit reasons and many are not disgraceful.  There are millions of legit reasons why you should hold your horses and not to rush to judgement. I am not saying it was one way or the other way. The article presented by BE4U showed you more then  reasonable other side. Where is the truth?  On your side calling the marine disgrace? Are you sure?

Thus I am saying at least wait for the judgement, before you call him names. Keep in mind that things often  are not what they seems.
I do not want to be your adversary here or insult anyone.  I am just making these direct points  for sake of clarity and make you and others think.

Let me ask you the same question which Slamdunc called loaded ( it is not)
and was not able to answer .
Are you going to apologize if you find out that you were wrong?
Let me tell you, if I would be saying  what you guys are saying here, and I would later found out that I was wrong, then my answer to the above question would be simple.  I would say : Yes I would apologize to his family with heart felt letter if my assumptions were wrong. Yes I would. It is called honor and it is
a rare commodity.
If you would find out that you have insulted innocent person then you would have only 2 choices; apology form bottom of the heart or crawl under the rock.

Since you are pretty smart I must be assuming that you must be  just kidding or stirring pot right?

He's stirring the pot. Our Justice System worked in that Muhammad case. It didn't work for this Marine.

Blabla, mr. Blabla, Hans, Zednek, Prager, Dragon, Alpine, Alpine K9, Alpine k9 safety, or whatever you want to be called today, I have no disrespect for any military branch or personel. My point was that these branches understand that they have a higher rate of recruiting kids in lower income locations. I have worked with numerous people from every branch. My best friends and co-workers are all x-military. My point was that you guys are holding a human to a higher standard because he was a marine and the fact that this wouldn't even be a thread if he wasn't.

Did either of you bother to read the affidavit that supported the warrant?

Yes I am basing my ASSUMPTIONS off of Keiths link. I doubt they would waste money better spent elsewhere to follow this dipshit around so long, if he was squeeky clean. His lack of employment via tax records and the number/worth of vehicles he owned is enough for me to be suspect. I see the same shit here every day. He's making that income in one way or another...just sayin'. His family and friends are supected drug dealers and trafficers as well...just a "guess" that he is up to the same BS.

What are the odds he is innocent of any wrong doing? And even if he is, he still pointed a gun at law enforcement officers! Not the brightest bulb in the fixture!

The best part is that even with all of those properties and cars, a couple of them were also collecting welfare...one while driving an Escalade!
