Jenni wrote: None of you still on here resurrecting this constantly are remotely interested in facts, that much is obvious, so I'll save myself the trouble of going point- by- point over all the blatantly false statements being made here. It wouldn't make any difference.
I'm not a fan of the way Jenni conducts herself on the board however, I'm not here to beat her up either. The comment quoted above does need a bit of attention though. The FACT is a judgment has been levied against Jenni meaning you LOST in court. If you did miss several court dates and sent a lawyer that cost money on top of the money you owe.
It would be much cheaper to just pay the judgment and be done. I don't know dogs as well as most here but I have been in business for many years and have been sued and have had judgments and I have dug my heals in more than once. Now that I'm older and wiser I know better. I know that spending three or four times what the original amount is/was is just stupid.
Now there are some people that will try and delay the judgment for as long as possible in hopes that the other party will lose steam and just give up but even then once you add in your time and any additional court costs you're just throwing good money at bad. Another FACT is you cannot take in a return and keep all the money. That's just stealing. What you can do if the product in question is damaged is assess a restocking fee of X % but you can't keep it all. If the product is damaged beyond repair perhaps you shouldn't have taken it back.
FACT, keeping the product and all the money is nothing short of stealing!
FACT, people that do no wrong and/or refuse to admit when they are wrong or have been caught doing something wrong will point fingers and speak louder in an authoritative voice to try and give off a sense of confidence that isn't really there to throw the others off their sent.
NOTE*** I know we are not talking about an iPod but you get the point.

That then defines how most people here will respond. Dislike Jen = Jen is wrong . Like Jen =Jen is right or better yet shut up which is what I should be doing now.
The assumptions here have nothing to do with facts or truth. NOTHING. I know. I' v been there.
Remember just because you believe something does not mean that it is the truth.
Just because someone says something here it does not mean that it is truth.
Just because something sounds good does not mean it is truth.
Just because someone who you like say something does not mean it is the truth. Innocent people on death row can tell you that.
Jen went to bank and got certified check or what ever and send it. Some say that she did not send it. So why did she bought the check?
Jen on multiple occasion offered to pay. Why?
Jen's attorney offered her $1500. She refused.
The e mails were not responded to. Why?
Jen is very honest person. I do not think that you can find other issues with dogs selling or pointing to dishonesty. She does not have a wrap sheet. I sold her a dog with arrangement : " pay me later " . She did.
TH has 12? issues on her wrap sheet. I would not call that's "life" as she does. .
Who is more trustworthy? Jen or TH?
Jen did not appear in court 3 x but send there her attorney. Why? Because she wanted to post on forums as some of you ineptly suggested? Give me a physical brake! Who is dragging whom in mud?
I make prediction.
As soon as Jen is going to send the money, many here then will be glad to devote another 12 pages to that you made her to do so even so it will not be the truth.
That is called delusions of grandeur.

If it is amusing for some, that is their problem and perogative.
Edited: Don't know how this posted before GSDAdmin's response because I sent it after I read his response to Hans. So I have no idea who is off topic at this time, as I don't think that admonishment was there when I hit send.

I think you have one thing wrong and that is now there will be 12 pages added because you posted. lol. And you are right about 12 pages getting added after Jenni pays because plenty of people will take credit for Jenni paying. What a joke.
Please keep this thread on topic.

It simply doesn't matther what the 'breeder' has to say at this point,
she had ample time to show up in court, 3 opportunities to do so
in fact. Heck, the 'breeder' even stated here she 'wanted' it to go to
court so she would have an 'official record' etc of the situation.
The 'breeder' has changed her version of 'attempting to refund'
the monies owed to the OP so many times I can't keep up!
I guess those in support of the 'breeder' don't want to believe that
she tried to get the OP to 'dismiss' the case against her in court
before as well, offered to issue a new check, offered to smear her in
court etc. And offering $1500? the judgement is for $1800 + court costs,
I doubt at that point I would have accepted that offer either!
I hope by now the OP has gone back to the courthouse and filed whatever
paperwork needs to be done to start collections on the deadbeat that won't
pay up a court ordered judgement. Still don't see what problems the 'breeder'
could/should have in paying up, the money should have been readily
accessible on December 03 when they went to court, because hey,
wasn't that when she sent her attorney with a 'blank check'?
And yes, regardless of my financial status or others, $2K is a decent
amount of money to many people. And when it is ordered by a court
of law that it is owed to someone, and you simply deemed yourself too
important to attend court, well, maybe you should just send the money
on and be done with things instead of continuously spinning for ways
to get out paying what is rightfully owed to someone else.

And about defending breeder. There are thousands visitors here and only few are posting negative posts and almost no one positive . It is all the same clique. Handful of posters who mostly live their lives here through a key board. They then post

Well, I would like to ad to the list which I have posted before. You are not necessarily right just because everybody agrees with you. I lived in Communism and I could write a book on that theme.
And another thing I would like to ask. Yes, TH should get the refund, but what kind of a person buys a dog and then returns it because something is wrong with it?
It seems like all of you looking at a dog as some kind of a inanimate object. She returned the dog - She should get her money back. True. But is that what is important amongst dog lovers as you claim to be? Is that what you do or would do,.... return the dog on a drop of the hat?! Because something is wrong with it? Is that what this is all about? Money?! $1900!!!!. Give me a physical brake.
