Bitework Question: How should trainer progress. - Page 23

 Can’t wait to see you guys on the field at a large competition.

Does this statement mean that you would be competing or just spectating?    Since you seem to put down everyone else as though they don't know anything and you are some kind of great trainer/competitor, I am guessing you would be willing to show that person ( that you are referring to in above quote) what a good trainer/handler you are.    The PNW Regionals were just last weekend, can we find your dog in the events results?   There are several trials coming up this summer/fall in the PNW area, can we see you at any of them as a competitor?

Didn't realize the PNW was the center of all things dog sport. I'm sure they have the largest regional in the country, probably more dogs there than at the national events?

Oh excuse me - I guessed by your previous posts that you are in that area. If not, then any other regional or national event will suffice.  Although small in numbers compared to others, there are some very talented trainers and national-level competitors in the PNW and Western Canada regions.

I'll be competing at my regional...don't you worry...

But you can keep defending and idolizing the people that can talk your ear off about dogs from the 1940s and show you pictures of Hitler instead of show you some proof on the field.

How is asking you for some kind of proof of your training prowess in light of your disparaging remarks to others construed as defending anyone? I have no reason to defend anyone nor do I think anyone needs my defence. I am simply tired of your put-downs to others and am asking you to provide evidence to your superiority.    You are the one who "threw down the gauntlet" with your statement that I quoted.

But you're not tired of seeing "interesting pictures" of Hitler?

Nevermind...just saw where your dog is from. Understand why you've picked me as a target. Also makes sense why stories of days gone by and the amount of books someone has read is more impressive to you than actual real life accomplishment.

And what, exactly, is wrong with 'where your dog is from' ?

Who said anything was wrong with it? It just points to a loyalty/allegiance from off the board. Makes it clear why someone would decide to come after one poster about a statement they made but completely ignore a much more deliberate negative statement made by another poster. It puts the clique into perspective.
