Dont panic, try Sarsparilla root. Its a powder, you will have to mix it with something good. Try Thomas Vet supplies.

Almost forgot about the supplements! lol
Zinc and Saw Palmetto are what I use especially when I know they have a date set up. Fish oil is suppose to help also.

Here are my thoughts:
Try some Luther Vandross, Courvoisier (Cognac), dim the lights, and some cigarettes...
OR
See if he gets excited for a golden retriever or yellow lab, maybe he is only turned on by blondes, if still no? Try a Irish Setter (redheads), Italian Greyhound (skinny girls), regular Greyhound (fast girls), Saint Bernard (fat girls), Pitbull (mean girls), and Poodles (snobby girls) and so on. Sooner or later your bound to find one that works.
Took my boy 4 times to get it right, dont give up.
Maybe some Viagra too.....
And for those who want to say "that doesnt help" or "be real" realize I have a 5th graders humor and I couldnt leave this one alone! No disrespect meant to homo dog....

flip,
thanks alot, i now have beer all over the front of my shirt via my nose.
maybe this dog was not ment to be breed? a friends bitch would come into heat, act liked she was ready to be breed, and when the male tried to mount her she would try to kill him (literally). she finally had the bitch spade, and found out she had cyst on her ovaries. sometimes mother(or in this case father) nature knows best.
just my thoughts.

If he is screaming in pain there is something very wrong. Get him to repro vet PRONTO
by eichenluft on 02 March 2007 - 15:03
There may be something physically wrong with him if he is vocalizing in pain when collected or checked - perhaps a prostrate inflammation or infection - check the urine for blood, a sure sign of prostrate troubles. Better yet, take him to a repro vet to have him checked out. But if the problem is "no sex drive" then he shouldn't be bred anyway.
