Moving is not an option right now, too difficult to find an affordable rental in this state with GSDs. They are deemed "dangerous" on the Florida insurance register. It was a nightmare trying to find one years ago when I got lucky and crossed paths with my current landlord. He even ok'd getting another GSD pup if I wanted to, no extra "pet" deposit, nothing. In fact, other than the standard deposit, I didn't have to pay anything extra. He is a gem of a landlord so I would hate to move. They are just idiot neighbors who are clueless.......

Mindhunt, I understand your dilemma...so instead, report it to the police as there being a disturbance at the neighbors, and you're 'concerned something's wrong over there', like maybe someone broke in, or they all died from carbon monoxide poisoning or something, and the dog barking is incidental to the concern. Your neighbors can't blame you for trying to look out for them, after all...wouldn't any neighbor do the same for them?
You shouldn't have to move to get some peace and quiet, for heaven's sake.
