I too have been told that Home Again does not charge a renewal fee.
Then I get a renewal notice that is so worded without reading it completely that leaves you with the impression that it is a renewal notice for a yearly fee to list my dog.
If it is not a yearly renewal notice to list my dog then I still wouldn't list with them, as I don't like to work with companies that mislead you to get your money

Home Again will try to charge you a renewall fee, but it's for their premimum package. If you don't send payment in, your dog is still actively listed.
Since all my dogs get reg. with AKC, I just use their service.

I've registered with home again in the last 6 months and they do not charge a yearly fee. If you call them directly, theyvoffer a multiple pet discount. The yearly fee is for the supreme package. I've used thecAKC reunite on this last litter. I like them both equally.

My dog Ice is registered with Home Again.... I was told there was no fee and I just got the email as well stating that Ice's chip was up for renewal. I am not going to use Home Again, but they are very missleading. I have most of my other pets registered with PetLink. So I will go with them, so that I have all my pets registered with the same company. Which will make it easier for me.
