actually this is not a new law. I had brought this up during the first discusion of this dog. I have known about this law for over 10 years. At least here in TX.

Shelley, Clayton seemed like a nice guy when I first talked to him, too. Sent him a $950 deposit on an import puppy from Salztalblick kennel only to find out there was no such litter of pups as he described. Emailed Salztalblick to verify there was no such litter then confronted Clayton. Clayton told me because I had contacted the kennel I was forever banned from buying another import from Germany and if I wanted my deposit back to contact an attorney. Since my experience with him I have heard from at least a dozen other people with complaints about him as well.

uh yeah, isn't felsenhof the name of the kennel/breeder that he has been bashing for weeks? He was "trying" to be a wise a$$. Theresa

Next time you want a Saltzablick puppy, call me instead. My reputation as an importer and breeder is not in question... even here... after some 12 years and 70+ dogs imported...at least not YET. :) Shelley
