Giardia is a pain in the butt - very difficult to get rid of.  All your dogs need to be dosed at the same time - start with Panacur (I used the liquid form and mixed it with double cream Greek yogurt and raw mince).  You give 1ml / kg of bodyweight.  Thus a 12kg pup needs 12ml per day for 5 days.  I would also dose with Flagyl at the same time, but only the first course.  You'll need to wash the water bucket and food bowls with bleach every day.  Make sure you pick up dog poop immediately.  Giardia cysts will be shed in the environment and dogs will reinfect themselves.  Over time you'll either get rid of it or your dog's system will get used to living with it.  As they grow older they usually get better.  When I just got my pup at 8 weeks old, I treated for giardia after confirmed test from the vet.  2 weeks later, she had diarrhea again.  So another course of Panacur for all the dogs.  She was put on Eukanuba intestinal puppy food and raw pancreas to support her intestinal tract.  After the 3rd course about 3 weeks later I was able to able to extend the next Panacur course to about 8 weeks after the previous one.  She's now almost 9 months old and I haven't done another Panacur course in almost 3 months - I think I finally got rid of it.  She's also gone back onto normal large breed puppy food 2 months ago.

Giardia is a waterborne disease.  Avoid having a splashpool for your dogs, or swimming in a dam or lake.  Take clean water in a bottle for your dogs from home if you go anywhere - don't let them drink out ponds or other people's boreholes.
