The dog was owned by the person who had the stud dog this is not a falling out my partner actually rescued the dog after noticing she was up for rehoming on this persons website and then when we got together after realising who and where the dog came from thats when i decided to take things further. I am not a breeder and have no intention of breeding.

A bit of an update to my earlier post, when we first picked storm up from this breeder, the breeder told us that she would send us worming stuff when the dog was due to be wormed, fine fair enough so we wormed her a little after picking her awaiting the arrival of the worming treatment and although storm has put on 9 kilos now since being here the vet suggested we should worm her as she wasnt filling out as much as she should be, so under his advice we have done, thursday we did this and now since then storm has been passing worms from both ends and the worms are easily visible in her poo. If you ask me this dog was well over due to be wormed yet the breeder told me she wasnt due till feb.

There is no denying that the breeder in question is an absolute disgrace Dumpy , i completely agree that her dogs should be taken away from her . Storm has had a lucky escape and i am sure will go from strength to strength now she is with you.
I think (if you don't mind me being honest) the reason you are not getting very far with this in terms of backing etc is that this is old news , this breeder has ALWAYS been crap , she has never looked after her dogs adequately , she has definitely not got the breeds interest at heart , they are just cash machines to her. Other breeders wouldn't touch her with a barge pole , she is very very well known and so are her practices. I think also the fact that some of the other people shouting about this are former friends of hers makes it look like a bit of a vendetta (i am sure this is not the case) , this is not the first person these particular 'friends' have turned on , they are well known for their nasty , gossipy ways , and also one of these former friends was quite happy to breed from her own epileptic lines.

Once again , there is no doubt this evil woman should be stopped but i think your plight might be taken more seriously if it weren't for your friends former dealings with her. Just my personal opinion.

I wish Storm the best of luck and a happy , healthy ,future with you .

Dumpy,i concur with Shostring and Bazza, the RSPCA dont do very much, they are only interested in high profile cases, which they show on TV(animals 24/7 and such like programs)i too have reported ppl.keeping their dogs in very unsuitable conditions.it took the inspector ONE MONTH to come and investigate ,even tho.the RSPCA had visited these premises twice before ,once when the police did a drugs and gun raid on the property and they called them and dog lost ppl.to scan all the dogs and the 2nd time a person who worked on a nearby stable rang them(this person had also seen how the dogs were living)after seeing a young horse collapse in the field and witnessed the owners trying for hours to get it into a stable, which they finally managed and left it to me and another gentleman to keep on your eyes on.Even after numerous calls to them saying the animal was now lying down and having fits wouuld not entice them to call a vet.I DID KNOW THAT TIME THAT THE RSPCA INSPECTOR WAS ON THEIR WAY WITH THE POLICE AS THEY CALLED ME TO ASK ABOUT THIS INCIDENT.They arrived at about 6pm with the vet who put the horse to sleep and a family member was cautioned alth.they lied at first till the owner of the land was told it would be him who would be cautioned if the real culprit did not admit to the incident.I feel for the inspectors as this one did ,at the police raid, tell me that they wished they could remove all the dogs,BUT the living conditions were adequate as they,d got some food and water. If i was yu i get your vet to write a statement which i would send to Jemimma, and i would also send a strong letter to RSPCA to go to this breeder when she,s least expecting it with the police,to inspect these premises.if nothing is done write to the local/national papers, call your local tv station to see if they,ll go and try to film.i had this done to me many years ago by a disgruntled neighbour who lived 2 doors down from me,when 2 unsubstanciated visits from RSPCA  didnt get him the results he wanted.Meridan Tonite even insinuated i was a puppy farmer tho they couldnt confirm it(A PUPPY FARMER WHEN I,D ONLY HAD ONE LITTER)This was in 1989/90.YOU COULD ALSO NAME AND SHAME THIS BREEDER.Good luck.Carole Spelman RHEINMEISTER GSDS.

Pam,

I have just had pedigree check back and can confirm that Colandees Black Bloom (Storms mum) is the result of a father/ daughter mating.

Thanks Dumpy for confirming that, I wasn't sure if I was reading it correctly
