SBB: I understand that you need to 'spay' this BYB and am with you all the way on that. I have a much bigger/fatter fish to fry than you do and even in my case it is better and less time consuming to take on the fat hog myself with a few good friends, of course, than to wait for everyone else. My advice is that you keep it simple and file a small claims suit in NM with people whom have already contacted you, either as your witnesses or if they seek and deserve justice as well, as plaintiffs. A lot cheaper and a lot faster for sure.

Seems she has two complaints filed against her already just this last 6 months. This isn't the first kennel name she's developed and so she hasn't had this one long (about 18 months). I would say she won't last long at this rate in the Dog World. Oh, btw, seems the complaint filed against her in August of 2006 was also for "Non Receipt-of a Promised Dog", another dog that was purchased by a buyer that was not shipped. hmmmmmmmmmm "Screwed"
