I was thinking something in the lines of the juvenile system.. But like I said, I am not really sure, that's why I'm taking general studies classes first.. Yea, my husband liked the kids, but the school system sucks, they are all about budget cuts and politics..

Working with kids would seem more vital, but again the system is the real problem and as much as I always wanted to change the system it's never gonna be right.
Seems like to help the kids you have to do something about the parents first, sad but a reality.
I think your in for a challenge there Erin, but you'd probably be good at it, with your sense of humor....:)

I actually have volunteered a lot at a high risk youth camp for kids, I bring my horses for the kids to use as lesson horses.. I worked with the kids who got community service also.. I like kids, I've always wanted to have foster kids, but with my kids being so young, I thought it be best to wait till they were older.. You're right, for the most part it is the parents, or lack of, that cause the problems with most juvenile offenders..
