I have seen and heard the people talk about Dogtra not being consistent. Other than that they like the price and that it is smaller. Our dogs are big so what do I care about size? I don't want my dog gettiing screwed up, trying to save a couple hundred bucks.

The folks at the local Schutzhund club who use e-collars seem to prefer Tri-Tronics. I've had a couple of them tell me they really like the "sport" version or whatever the all-weather version is called.
