Good luck Sunsilver, I too would not trust any translation app. I am glad to see you have a good read on the tattoo. I feel it may be a small breeder in the mid Atlantic states, possibly in N.C., someone that has only one breeding bitch who bred her to a top stud. I tried looking in old show catalogs for tattoos but to no avail. It was an interesting read with some kennels having different systems for dogs with their kennel names. WDA does not have a tattoo system and some kennels that were using the UScA system changed when they were forced to leave UScA. I hope those that tattooed pups in that area would check to see if it rings a bell. I am glad you gave Gracie a chance and improved her life and your point is well taken of good dogs languishing for someone to give them a chance.
