last line would have been a clue I thought LOL, We use it in the shelter, Many shelters are using it, It's NOT toxic. Mose, only if you add the sand, Blitzstrahl just don't add the sand to the mix, it makes a smoothened texture if you don't add the sand.

Sorry not be clearer. I meant, will it be okay outside? With the heat/cold/rain, etc. I just don't know if the weather would cause it to bubble up or anything... Thanks. Also, any particular brand of choice?

Blitzstrahl, so long as the surface is clean and dry and free of oils !! You should have no problem, It's 2 part epoxy, NOT PAINT ! 2 part epoxy does not come undone if you know what I mean. I'm sure there are some better and some worse, just shop around a bit and ask the help desks. I'm sure they will reccomend the best type for your particular situation.
