beautiful dog! I love her face. Something about her tho.. maybe the skinny legs.. gave me a first impression of being mixed. Maybe it is just the mask looks kinda huskyish.. dont know.. but I love that face, she looks like she is smiling :).
Does her head look photoshopped??? there is blurryness just below the collar on the chest.. I tried to view a larger pic and noticed it.

I feel sorry for the dog. Please try to keep an eye on the situation so she doesn't have her put down. I know there are people here who will help to re-home her. She is just beautiful.

I don't think the picture is photo shopped. Lots of purebred GSD's have skinny legs.

Maybe she walks "funny" because no one ever cut her nails.
Get this dog away from this lunatic before something really IS wrong with her. When these freaks don't get the attention they want, they often step it up a notch.

I do OFA xrays on a regular basis... agreed positioning is incorrect... but these hips do not look bad at all to me.
Unlike the ones we did yesterday that the poor woman paid nearly $3k for her dog and after waiting two years for the OFA's we took and the dog doesn't even look like it will make borderline. (Though we specifically told the owner absolutely send them to OFA & let them make that decision as we can only make our educated guess based on our experience and may be completely wrong).
Maybe the dogs walking funny because its TOE NAILS ARE SO FRICKEN LONG!

I noticed those nails too, but as you can imagine, you can't tell this woman anything.....she already knows it all. She actually emailed me again since I last posted....this time she claims she has sent those radiograph photos to 4 different vets, including an ortho specialist in Houston...but doesn't give names of any of the vets, not even when I replied and point blank asked. She replied by saying she is not going to argue, the dog is dysplasic and she also said no to my suggestion of returning to breeder. I am surprised that if she really did email those photos, first of all, how does she have the personal emails for vets and what vet would reply to an emailed photo without seeing the dog.....and on a weekend between holidays to boot.....anyway I would wonder that none of those "specialists" would notice the poor positioning! The last sentence of her email was concerning......she said the specialist told her the dog would have a short, uncomfortable life and will need total hip replacement. Still trying to contact breeder she mentioned and see what she's telling them.

She sounds bat-shit crazy.
That dog is in danger. JMO.

If she is dead set and intends to euth, tell her I will give that dog a good home and pay shipping to boot. I just cant see a dog dying for ignorance. I will use the money I have been saving up for a puppy.

If you look close at that pic it has definately been retouched, maybe to obscure the info on the tag or something but around that neck and color there has been some type of modification done. The only thing I have done is to make it larger.

Shandra I'm not trying to be argumentative but there are ways to fix crazy.
