vom Haus Stronje typically breeds (or used to) showlines.. I would assume the other dog is also from a showline kennel

To clear it up even further... it looks like at least half (the part we know of) is West GERMAN Showlines or what others call Highlines.

Van Noort is W. German showlines. Gross Zunder is also W. German breeding. I have spoken to him and his dogs have alot of working abilities.

Jagow is owned by Gerda Glass in MS and is a German Import, show lines. Give Cindy some time, she was moving over the weekend and I am sure she will answer all of your questions.

Hi guys! I know both of these dogs very well. They are west german show lines. I also know the breeder well as she is one of my best friends! I've used her male, Khan, with my girl Anja vom haus Elliott. I also have a male, Jaber vom haus Kuhn, from the same kennel as Kahn is. I can tell you about their temperaments, which are fantastic! Khan is an excellent dog, who adores people and kids and is extremely trustworthy. He is OFA certified. Kagney is very nice also. This breeder is someone who you can trust without reservations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nice GSD with good drives. Peggy

I have a male from the 2005 litter of Khan & Anja.  I'm not into competition, but have taken him thru basic obedience, beginning & intermediate agility classes & have exposed him to some protection training.  He LOVES the agility and the bite work with the sleeve.  I think with the right handler he'd do fine in competition.  This blend of 3/4 show line & 1/4 working line is perfect for me.  I have a very sound confident dog who is very trustworthy around kids & smaller animals.  He's still alert & protective, but he's not agressive.  I'm really happy with him.  Just had the hips done & they're OFA Good.  And he's beautiful too!
