OP, very definitly listen to the other posters. As I noted, my information is only based on what I had been told previously about clear nails and the white spots. No, I do not show and do not know all of the ins and outs on it.

I own/have owned import dogs with white spot on chest and/or toes, with all the other things to worry about...those white spots don't bother me in the least.
I would be more focused on hoping the pup has good structure, good health and good temperament when it reaches adulthood (and good drives too if it's going to do schutzhund or other work.)
If a dog is going to be a winner in the show ring, a couple white toes won't hold it back.
