Hello Tomas,
 I am sorry about your situation. The biggest problem is that you have thought that because you are honest, others are also honest, thus you have  send the dog first and expected to get paid later. I myself was naive like that some time ago  and lost  a lot of money just like you. It is an expensive but fast and effective tuition in learning of  human nature. As far as she suing you for harassment that is a joke which you do not need to worry about. Those are just empty words. Keep on doing what you are doing and let the world know who she is. 
FYI Jacelyn approached me some time ago and tried to sell me the dog Mendy Tobani for $12000. 

I hope at the very least Mendy will be returned to Tomas quickly.

Fat chance, since she is evidently already AKC reg in Jaclyn's name. She is listed as breeder on reg application for Scoot/Mendy litter.

First of all, there are a lot of accusations put out there regarding this situation. People pouring false information into this is only making it worse.  The fact of the matter is that the dog is registered to Jaclyn and there is a bill of sale from Tomas to her.  The mere fact that someone would sign over a dog of that caliber to someone they never met for 0 money is bewildering.   The fact that he is on here slandering another kennel for merely having the dog in their possession is troubling. Why wait this long and until the bitch has puppies? We do not know all the details and this may just be him trying to squeeze more money out of people. 

Furthermore good luck with any legal ramifications as the dog was signed over to her and she has a bill of sale from Tomas.  Why do I know this? 
I had purchased a dog from Jaclyn and wanted to make sure everything was legit and guess what it is.

The FBI Sheriff and SEAL team 6 can stand down..........then again they like to waste taxpayer money anyways

I have cleaned this thread up because it had gotten so far off topic and more into a personal battle. I believe after hearing plenty of things in PMs that there has been more than one person duped here and I will leave it at that.

I am discouraged by the fact that a pedigree was defaced and a couple members took their personal problems to pedigree comments. The admins are going to delete ALL of these comments on the pedigrees and we suggest the combatants take their personal problems with each other to private communications. We can't possibly know what is the truth and what is BS so it is all going.

If a member gets banned it will only be for a short time unless you are told otherwise, to continue to try and sign up new names is only going to cause you to be banned for a longer time. Chances are you aren't going to get back in for long so please be patient and wait to be un-banned.

If Jaclyn wants to dispute the allegations she needs to contact me, otherwise this thread is locked.
