Nope, no, that wasn't me.  I wouldn't know what to do with a flooder's IP address or what you are talking about.  I think you are confusing me with some one else or something else.  I really didn't have an issue I was just curious.  Again, no big deal, sorry for asking the question I won't do it again.

WOW, no memory. I have the PMs.

Now I have to go.

Well, unless you were asking for my advice or help as you have done in the past I have no idea.  I wouldn't know how to look up an IP address or what to do with it in relation s to a flooder.  Not something I would generally get involved with.  You are correct, my memory is very short for inconsequential things that happen on a daily basis.  I generally remember things that I need too for work or family and friends.  A flooder and there have been many on this forum is really not going to affect my day other that a mere aggravation or annoyance.  If you want give me a range of dates and I will check my PM's to refresh my poor memory.

If we think an ignore feature is desireable, we should post on the new forum... as a suggestion? But really it is an exercise in futilty when you say "end of story"?  I won't bother then?

People should leave other people alone if they ask them to, especially if they author a thread. That is just a common decency and when it is ignored, it just plain causes problems. That's all I'm saying.

Beetree,

End of story as far as me asking.

Feel free to ask as all he can say is no.

I think we should have like and dislike buttons on every post and when I am finished here, I am going to the beta thread and suggest it. That's better than ignore I think. The ignore thing is kind of silly cause if you want to ignore it just ignore it. But now a like and dislike button is just the ticket. Maybe you could give a prize to the person that got the most likes at the end of the year--a free ad for so long or something--you know like the ads that are on the left side of the board now--ad choices or something.........even FB doesn't have a dislike button.............

Vonissk, Admin, Oli :  "Even Facebook doesn't have a Dislike button " ...

Very good point !  We just have Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down smiley options.   Not sure whether I would use
a Like button on individual posts, not being into Facebook etc;  but lots of people have asked for this, so
if we are going to get them, it would surely be as easy to set up both ?

How about a fying-troll-with-bat-wings button? Kind of takes care of a couple categories in one fell swoop.

Good Morning you guys--I did go ask for it not sure how that will play out!~!!!When I asked I didn't mention about the person winning a prize with the most likes. Hey maybe we could have prizes for the most liked and the most disliked? I think that calls for a like trophy and a dislike trophy in the emoicons or whatever they are called!!!!! I call them the smiley buttons!!!  OMG Bee you are so creative...........you said fying--I wasn't sure if you meant flying or frying--either one is appropriate. Or maybe we could have one of each. With some I think frying is very appropriate since some us fell threatened when people tell them they are going to hell.
I am on FB just because my daughter is and that's how we mostly commumicate-=-aslo muy best friend is on there but shoot we talk almost ev ery day anyway. The point I was going to make is I get a lot of use out of that like buitton and don't have to say too much. I know this is hard to believe but there are days when I don't feel like talking...............LOL
You guys have a good day...................

Yes Bee, what should the emoticon be for:  "Don't feed the troll" ?

How about a puking Smiley (different to green face, somehow);
or maybe a little humpback bridge (that would really get people guessing).
Other ideas ?
